Platinum is a 43 story tower that glistens in the sunlight and provides residents with views you can’t find anywhere else. This full service building has a full time doorman, concierge, and live-in super. The amenities, all located on a dedicated floor called “The Zone,” are all modern and pristine. They include a fitness center, a spa, a massage room, a yoga studio, and a golf simulation room. Other floors have amenities too, like the Q Lounge, which has a large TV, and the communal terrace, which has a classy fireplace. Parking is available for an extra fee. Cats and dogs are allowed in this building.

Units in Platinum are huge, and range from studios to three bedroom apartments, though some penthouses have up to five sleeping areas. There are usually an equal number of bathrooms to bedrooms. Said bathrooms come with either a freestanding tub or a walk in shower, TOTO and Dornbracht fixtures, and custom vanities.

Hardwood flooring, floor-to-ceiling windows, and Bosch washers and dryers come standard in these apartments. Kitchens are usually open to living spaces, separated by an island or a peninsula. They come fully equipped with stainless steel Thermador appliances like oversized refrigerators, gas stoves, ovens, and dishwashers. Select units even come with a wine fridge.
