The "Fallbrook Winery" is a one of a kind "Show Case" Estate Winery situated on 34 acres in the heart of Fallbrook with rolling hills, spectacular mountain views, breathtaking sunrises, balmy sunny days and cool afternoon breezes. The Ultra contemporary 5830 square foot farm house with dual guest quarters overlook acres of vineyards and the winery operation.   In operation since 1981 the Fallbrook Winery and vineyards have been expanded by the current owners into a highly regarded award-winning operation with wholesale, retail and private label clients throughout the United States and international destinations. The Fallbrook Winery's business model also includes farming contracts with locally owned vineyards for purchase of grapes, custom crush and bottling as well as a vineyard development and consulting.  Fallbrook is located in the ideal micro climate for growing grapes that produce rich full-bodied and balanced wines. A leader in California's emerging South Coast wine region the winery produces some of the highest quality red and whites varietals in the market place.  The winery facility has a major use permit for 30,000 gallons (12,600 cases) per year with a bonded winery permit.  Limited onsite housing for workers, office and conference space, tasting room in the "Cave", refrigerated barrel storage barn, stainless steel fermentation tanks and full bottling operation.
