VIEWING INSTRUCTIONS | SHOWINGS TO BE 2 DAYS ONLY @-Friday 10/23 3-5pm and Sunday10/25 1-4pm.  Open to agents and public and will be 1st come, 1st served within the above appointment times. One family at a time with a maximum of10-15 minutes viewings. *This is not an open house and entry is with acceptance of showing instructions below*. Please read for FULL SHOWING instructions andschedule.1) Text agent upon arrival for place in line (that means when you park) and please wait in your vehicle for text to view.2) Email or bring a fully executed PEAD form. If public viewing PEAD form will be available on-site. 3) Must bring your own gloves and wear masks. Shoe covers and sanitizer will be on premises. 4) Temperatures may be taken prior to entry.5) Please adhere to a 10 minute maximum for viewings6) We reserve the right to refuse showings if deemed necessary.7) Please no loitering after viewing. Please don't touch anything. All lights and doors will be opened and on. Property will be wiped down at the start of showings and after each showing. **Please follow current Covid restrictions and guidelines.
