The exquisite sizeable bathrooms have a wall-mounted vanity that floats within the space and is topped with a Snow White marble countertop, Zucchetti fixtures in polished nickel, and a Lacava under-mount sink. The shower has a rainwater showerhead, hardware by Zucchetti, and Basalt stone tiles underfoot.

The bold geometry of the facade's grid is tempered by elegant lines and proportions. Slender light grey brick piers and spandrels delicately frame the building's array of oversized operable awning 12' by 10' warehouse-style windows. At the base, One Thirty Eight North Tenth respectfully meets the street with a base of stone that engages the eye.

A common roof terrace is equipped with outdoor furniture and boasts sweeping views. The fitness room has state-of-the-art equipment. The building's entrance has a virtual doorman for conveniently greeting guests and accepting deliveries which can be stored in the sizeable package room.
