Units in The Luxe are spacious and range from studios to two bedroom apartments. There’s a bathroom for every bedroom, and they come equipped with shower and bath bodies, floating vanities with plenty of storage, and imported ceramics. Toilets and fixtures are from Toto, so you can rest assured that they are of the highest quality.

Living spaces are bright thanks to the oversized windows in the living rooms and bedrooms. Hardwood oak flooring lines all the living spaces, which are open concept. Kitchens come with stainless steel appliances like electric stoves, ovens, dishwashers, refrigerators, and microwaves. Units are kept comfortable with central air and every unit has a washer and dryer. Most units have an outdoor space.

The architecture firm, Zproekt, designed this building, and has been a powerhouse in the New York City residential architecture game since 2003. Some of the buildings they’ve designed are 333 East 82nd Street, 37 West End Avenue, and 1679 East 19th Street. They also have some non-residential projects like 3048 Brighton 1st Street and 1571 McDonald Avenue.
