Some updated include: roof (3 years); furnace (2 years); hot water tank (2 years); update electricity (2 years); meter in basement updated and moved outside now on the side of the house. Current updates done this past month include: wood laminate floors: 2 upstairs rooms and front entrance area.  Installed carpeting on stairs just this past week!  The house was just freshly painted on the inside.  The deck and porch were just freshly painted as well.  Wood laminate flooring throughout was done 1.5 years ago.  There is a room with a full bath off the dining area when you walk in the back door which could be used as an extra bedroom, office, living room, in-law stay, etc.   All you have to do is move in!
