On the interior, Danish designer Thomas Juul-Hansen created spaces with oversized doors and ceiling heights, and used materials like rich rosewood flooring in a herringbone pattern, and select rift-sawn white oak and italian marble. (Kudos if after reading that sentence you had a thought other than, ‘wow, that sounds rich’.)

Living spaces are situated above the Park Hyatt New York hotel, giving residents access to the hotel’s amenities and services. Additionally, resident amenities include a screening and performance space, triple-height indoor swimming pool and spa, library, dining room, fitness center and more.

High-profile residents include the Canadian fashion-investing billionaire Lawrence Stroll (who is also the father of Formula 1 driver Lance Stroll), a Nigerian oil tycoon, the Prime Minister of Qatar, and the CEO of Dell Technologies.
