The lower 23 floors consist of 217 hotel rooms of the luxury W brand and offer some breathtaking views of the New York harbor and Hudson River. They range in size from 400-square-foot studios to 1,175 feet for 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom units.
Several units have been combined to create slightly larger units that measure around 2,000 square feet.
There is no shortage of windows, which afford an amazing sense of living on top of all things Manhattan. And when you aren’t distracted by the views and location out those windows, you can enjoy the luxury interiors. Amenities include ebonized maple hardwood floors; interior solid-core painted wood doors with Omnia lever hardware. Every residence includes sliding pocket doors and individual thermostatic control in each room.
