cost to heat the hot water for the house. Then there are
3-300 foot deep wells for the unpressurized water circulating
system being pumped through the wells to absorb remaining excess
heat generated by the Trane units. Since the Trane units are
installed inside the house, they should last about 25 years per the
installation contractor.Electronic air purifying equipment is
installed in the downstairs air handling system.A water
purification system is installed in the basement. This was
not needed, but we thought it would be good to have it. A LP
fired 22 KW emergency electric generator with automatic transfer
switch can provide whole house electric energy requirements, if the
utility service is interrupted.A backup LP furnace is installed in
the downstairs air handling system. An underground 1000 gallon
liquid propane (LP) tank provides gas to the emergency electric
generator, backup furnace, gas stove in the kitchen, gas grill on
the back deck, gas fire place in the basement, and the gas heater
in the garage.In the kitchen the island was replaced along with
additional cabinets. New stainless steel appliances were added gas
stove, refrigerator, trash compactor, and dish washer.
