Constructed in 1928, this gorgeous building was designed by the innovative minds at Schwartz and Gross, who are well known for their beautiful art-deco apartment buildings all over the city. Though the building is 94 years old, residents here live at the height of luxury.

At 15 stories, 1070 Park Avenue has 72 units, each one with five to seven rooms. However, the apartments are just the tip of the iceberg. The building also offers a full-time doorman and concierge, elevators, a gym, in building laundry, bike and general storage, and even a basketball court. There’s even a garage for convenient parking opportunities, though the 4, 5, and 6 trains are close by for those who prefer public transit. Pets are allowed in this building. However, you are not allowed to sublet your apartment.

Units in 1070 have between five to seven bedrooms. Since the building is 94 years old, some apartments feature different amenities. For example, recently renovated units have central air and in-unit washing and drying. However, older units have window air conditioning and have to do their laundry in the communal building laundry space.
