Standing at 15 stories tall, On Prospect Park is a beautiful combination of glass and steel that captures the eyes of those passing Grand Army Plaza. Architect Richard Meier designed the building with beautiful park views in mind. He delivered on that promise and more, with 99 luxury units as stunning on the inside as they are on the outside.

The neighborhood of Prospect Heights, adjacent to Prospect Park, the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens, and the Brooklyn Museum, could be considered an amenity. However, for those who prefer amenities inside their buildings, there is also a full-time concierge, a meeting room, a billiard room, and a large health club with an indoor pool. There’s an attended parking garage for an extra fee and pets are allowed in the building.

The units of On Prospect Park range from one to four bedroom apartments, each surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows to maximize natural light. Units with two bedrooms have at least two bathrooms, and master baths come equipped with heated marble floors and a large, free standing tub or walk-in-shower.

He’s also designed internationally acclaimed buildings like the Barcelona Museum of Contemporary Art and the Hague City Hall and Central Library in the Netherlands.
