This full service building comes equipped with a concierge, full-time doorman, and live-in super. The amenities of The Bay Club are top notch, and are all found in a complex called The Bay Club Swimming and Fitness Center. This three story building has a pool and a gym, but they also have basketball, billiards, steam rooms, and party venues. Residents simply need to pay an extra fee, and they’ll be club members for as long as they live here.

Units in The Bay Club are massive and range from studios to three bedroom apartments. Units with two or more bedrooms have two bathrooms, one of which is a master suite. Said master suite comes with large vanities and medicine cabinets, deep soaking tubs or walk-in showers, and ample lighting. Some units even have a jacuzzi tub.

Living spaces are large and open, covered with hardwood flooring, and kept comfortable via central heating and air. Kitchens come fully equipped with stainless steel appliances like refrigerators, gas stoves, ovens, and dishwashers. Select units have a walk-in closet and private outdoor space like a balcony or terrace.

The Bay Club is made up of two separate, identical buildings that are connected via The Bay Club Swimming and Fitness Center, as well as the underground mall. Said underground mall contains a dry cleaners, boutique stores, and a restaurant. There’s also a shopping center near the complex with stores like Men’s Wearhouse, Aldo’s, and Express.
